All set to go! Snowbird 6 is parked on the edge of the Bering Strait just waiting for mother nature and a suitable weather window. Pictured here is Harry Rouse (gratefully on loan from Hereford Council) who is the base manager for the team while they are attempting their crossing. His role is crucial to the Expedition – he will be constantly monitoring both the progress of Snowbird and the air support which they will be using whilst crossing the Straits.
